"As a response to the ongoing economic impact of the pandemic, the Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) program has been expanded to further help eligible Canadian businesses. Effective December 4, 2020, the CEBA program has been increased by an additional $20,000, bringing the total CEBA loan amount to $60,000 per eligible business.
Businesses who receive $60,000 in total CEBA loan proceeds will be eligible to receive a total forgiveness of $20,000 if $40,000 of the CEBA loan is repaid on or by December 31, 2022".
